From April 2016 a new domestic reverse charge will be applied in Latvia

From 1 April 2016, a new domestic reverse charge will be applied to certain domestic business-to-business supplies of mobile telephones, laptop computers and computer chips. This is an effort to prevent VAT fraud and follows several other EU countries who have already introduced this mechanism within this sector.
