BREXIT NEWS: Brexit almost certain to happen by 31 January 2020

As a result of the United Kingdom (UK) election win for the Conservative party in December 2019, the latest withdrawal agreement agreed with the EU is almost certain to be passed by UK Parliament, leading to the UK’s exit of the European Union by the 31 January 2020.

The UK will be likely to remain in the EU VAT regime until the end of an agreed transition period until 31 December 2020.
