France introduce live reporting for high-value VAT

31 January 2017

From 1 January 2018, France will introduce a new live VAT invoice reporting requirement for any sales with a value above €863,000.

Businesses that are affected will have 24 hours to report their transactions via the electronic portal on the tax office website.
