UPDATE: Non-resident suppliers of electronic services are required to register in Kenya from their first sale

29 September 2022

After confirmation from the KRA, we can now confirm that this information was incorrect and that non-resident suppliers of electronic services have a requirement to VAT register from the first sale that they make in Kenya.
